Research allows corporations to discover blueprints by spending 1,000,000 energy. Corporations need to have a research facility built in the region in order to perform research. Each additional research facility will increase the chance of receiving a Superior blueprint by 2.5% and reduce the chance of receiving a common blueprint by 2.5%. Blueprints can be developed into their respective technologies to be installed in a region.
