Changes

Research allows [[corporation|corporations]] to discover [[blueprint|blueprints]] by spending 1,000,000 [[energy]]. Corporations need to have a [[research facility]] built in the region in order to perform research. When Each additional research begins, facility will increase the rarity chance of the receiving a Superior blueprint is decidedby 2. Based on 5% and reduce the rarity chance of the receiving a common blueprint, the amount of time it will take to finish researching is determinedby 2.5%. Blueprints can then be developed into their respective [[:Category:Asset#Technology|technologies]] to be installed in a region.
