Reincorporation
Reincorporation is a rebirth mechanic which will reset all of your progress and reward you with reincorporation score and reincorporation tokens. When a corporation reincorporates, they will receive a reincorporation score for every billion dollars of net worth (calculated at the time of reincorporation) as well as a reincorporation token for every billion dollars of net worth up to 8x reincorporation tokens.
However, (premium members)[1] get a bonus to the number of reincorporation tokens they can get.
IdleCorp+ can get 15x reincorporation tokens max. IdleCorp Gold can get 20x reincorporation tokens max. IdleCorp Platinum can get 25x reincorporation tokens max.
For example, if a corporation with a net worth of $10 billion decides to reincorporate, they will receive 10x reincorporation score, but only 8x reincorporation tokens.
If that same corporation instead chose to get Silver donator, they can get the full 10x reincorporation tokens!
If a corporation with a net worth of $5 billion decides to reincorporate, they will receive 5x reincorporation score and reincorporation tokens.
Starting Land
When a corporation reincorporates, 10 free starting land will be granted in the region in which they issued the reincorporation command.
Token Rewards
Land
A corporation can choose to spend a reincorporation token to receive 4x land at any time by issuing the following command:

Land discount
A corporation can choose to spend a reincorporation token to receive a permanent (retained across reincorporations) discount on land costs. Each token spent will grant a discount of 2%. There is a total limit of 25 tokens for this reward for a maximum land discount of 50%. Corporations can redeem this reward by issuing the following command:

If a corporation has multiple tokens that they wish to use at the same time, they can specify the number of tokens they wish to spend at the end of the command: $$usetoken land discount 8
Tech slots
A corporation can choose to spend 4x reincorporation tokens for a permanent tech slot by using the following command:
