Improves all [[Oil wellrefinery|Oil wellsrefineries]] of a [[corporation]] in the [[region]] it is installed in to produce 1x [[Jet fuel]] instead of 1x [[Gasoline]] every 30 seconds. This is the only way to produce [[Jet fuel]].
The u version makes it produce 16x [[Jet fuel]], and the uu version produces 80x [[Jet fuel]]. It is 5x more powerful to have a uu version versus u version. This is the only way to produce 1x [[Jet fuel]]in 8 seconds instead of 30 seconds.
