Reincorporation

Reincorporation is a rebirth mechanic which will reset all of your progress and reward you with reincorporation score and reincorporation tokens. When a corporation reincorporates, they will receive a reincorporation score for every billion dollars of net worth (calculated at the time of reincorporation) as well as a reincorporation token for every billion dollars of net worth up to 10x reincorporation tokens.

However, premium members get a bonus to the number of reincorporation tokens they can get.

IdleCorp+ can get 15x reincorporation tokens max. IdleCorp Gold can get 20x reincorporation tokens max. IdleCorp Platinum can get 25x reincorporation tokens max.

For example, if a corporation with a net worth of $15 billion decides to reincorporate, they will receive 15x reincorporation score, but only 10x reincorporation tokens.

If that same corporation instead chose to get IdleCorp+, they can get the full 15x reincorporation tokens!

If a corporation with a net worth of $5 billion decides to reincorporate, they will receive 5x reincorporation score and reincorporation tokens.

Starting Land

When a corporation reincorporates, 10 free starting land will be granted in the region in which they issued the reincorporation command.

Token Rewards

Land

A corporation can choose to spend a reincorporation token to receive 4x land at any time by issuing the following command: $$usetoken land

Land discount

A corporation can choose to spend a reincorporation token to receive a permanent (retained across reincorporations) discount on land costs. Each token spent will grant a discount of 2%. There is a total limit of 40 tokens for this reward for a maximum land discount of 80%. Corporations can redeem this reward by issuing the following command: $$usetoken land discount

If a corporation has multiple tokens that they wish to use at the same time, they can specify the number of tokens they wish to spend at the end of the command: $$usetoken land discount 8

Tech slots

A corporation can choose to spend 4x reincorporation tokens for a permanent tech slot by using the following command: $$usetoken tech slot

Blueprint

A corporation can choose to spend 12x reincorporation tokens for a wildcard blueprint by using the following command: $$usetoken blueprint
