Improves all Oil wells of a corporation in the region it is installed in to produce Jet fuel instead of Gasoline. This is the only way to produce Jet fuel.
The u version makes it produce 16x Jet fuel in 8 seconds instead of 30 seconds. and the uu version produces 80x Jet fuel.
