Improves all Oil refineries of a corporation in the region it is installed in to produce 1x Jet fuel instead of 1x Gasoline every 30 seconds. This is the only way to produce Jet fuel.
The u version makes it produce 1x Jet fuel in 8 seconds instead of 30 seconds.
