Liquidation is the process of selling all of a corporation's assets and land, and demolishing all facilities in a certain region. This is useful for when a corporation wishes to leave a server, or when the free starting land was given in an unintended server. All assets will be sold at the current market price, and all facilities will be demolished for the %40 the money you used to buy it (there is demolish command too but none of these options change the capital you get more or less).
