The Customer Support Center (commonly called csc for short) is a facility created in the 1.7.0 Update. It is a support facility for your retail store(s). It directly affects your retail reputation, which affects your retail demand per hour.

Customer support centers provide a range of customer services to assist customers in making cost-effective and correct use of a product. It includes assistance in planning, installation, training, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrading, and disposal of a product.
