So you would need 100k of a Scrappable Asset to Level a Facility 1 time or 5M of a Scrappable Asset to Fully Level a building.

The only purposes for [[Scrap]] are leveling your buildings, and Developing [[Reincorporation Computer]] for which you will need 100k.
