Improves all Oil wells of a corporation in the region it is installed in to produce Jet fuel instead of Gasoline.
The u version makes it produce 16x Jet fuel, and the uu version produces 80x Jet fuel. It is 5x more powerful to have a uu version versus u version. This is the only way to produce Jet fuel.
